Romans 10:13-15 says, "For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”
But it isn't just those of us who "physically" go. It takes the whole Body of Christ to get there, to share, to work, to pray. It takes the whole Body of Christ to lead the lost to the Saving Grace of Jesus Christ. We need you, as a part of the body, to help us reach the lost for the furthering of Christ's Kingdom!
There are a few ways you can help reach the lost for Christ:
Prayer
The power of prayer is something I overlooked a lot back home. I am convinced that prayer is more powerful in this ministry than anything else. With prayer and His Word nothing can stop us from His Will coming to full fruition in this ministry. Pray for this ministry as we seek to follow in His direction to Impact the Kingdom of God in Belem, Brazil and beyond!
Finances
Belem is an expensive place. Just to give you an idea, a box of cereal (200 grams) is R$8.00 here. In the US you get a 618 gram box for $3.88. There are a few ways you can become involved financially. The first way is through your church. There are a few churches who support us financially or have an established process to support us. Talk to your pastor about whether or not your church is setup to support us. If not, Bull Swamp Baptist and Providence Baptist are willing to take your donations to support our ministry here. You can also mail a check to 6051 Columbia Road, St. Matthews, SC 29135.
The amount does not matter. We know that God will meet our needs. It is our hearts, as Christians, that count. We have supporters who give anywhere from small amounts to large amounts, we have some supporters we have never even met before, but ALL of them are making a sacrifice to further the Kingdom of God!

In the flesh! I cannot express to you how much it means to these people that you came all the way from across the world to share Jesus with them. Relationships are key here, and when you sacrifice your time, as Christ did for us, these people see Christ and the Kingdom Grows!
