Prayer Needs
1. Pray that Liz and I begin to increase in our Portuguese language understanding - that we will be able to establish a consistent tutor to help us learn Portuguese.
2. Pray for the current permit and license processes the new mission organization is going through.
3. Pray for AVA as the school is going through a lot of physical changes with the selling of the MICEB property, and the building of the new school building.
4. The school is going through a "mass exodus" of missionary teachers after this semester. Pray that the school will be able to find new missionary teachers who view their positions as a ministry and mission rather than a job. After all, our purpose here is to Spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
5. Pray that all of the finance needs will be met each month so that we can focus less on money and resources and more on ministering to the people God allows us to come into contact with everyday.
6. Pray for safety. It can be dangerous to be a foreigner in another country.
7. Pray for our home, that it will be a place we can recharge from the battles that rage on the mission field. That the Lord would send His angels concerning us to protect us in all of our ways.
8. Pray that the Word of God would minister to us daily so that we can, in turn, minister to those God puts us in contact with.
